Shipping policy
We process orders between 7:30am & 2:30pm – Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders made outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
We are currently shipping worldwide.
Please be aware that UPS delivery times are estimates and can take longer than advertised to arrive.
UPS Standard
£10 or Free for orders over £250 | 1 Day Service
Parcels are delivered Monday-Friday.
If you wish upgrade to Saturday delivery please contact you're account manager or select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

UPS aim to deliver these parcels the next working day, however next day delivery is not guaranteed.
Sometimes parcels take 2 days to arrive.
Delays & Loss
UPS class a parcel as ‘delayed/lost’ 3 working days after dispatch.
Once we dispatch an order, delivery is the responsibility of UPS and we will not be able to offer refunds, replacement products or exchanges until these dates have passed.
However, if your parcel is delayed and you would like us to check the status, please call us on Chris on 07359220856 or contact our warehouse on 01235 426300 and we will contact UPS for an update.
