Orders made outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.
All items are posted in a bubble wrap protected jiffy bag with packaging peanuts for protection. Fragile
items are packaged again in bubble wrap to protect from bumps during transit.
We are currently shipping inside of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. Please be
aware that Royal Mail delivery times, unless guaranteed, are estimates and can take longer than advertised
to arrive.

Delays & Loss
Royal Mail class a parcel as ‘delayed’ 5 working days after posting and ‘lost’ after 12 days
(Special Delivery: Delayed after 1 Day / Lost after 5 Days.)
Once we dispatch an order, delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we will not be able to offer
refunds, replacement products or exchanges until these dates have passed.
However, if your parcel is delayed and you would like us to check the status, please call us on
01235 426300 and we will contact Royal Mail for an update.
